Apparently residents on the East side have such a strong concern for the safety of their pets that they need to create a sign warning drivers of approaching kitties.
After I took this pict, I saw the cat that probably started this nonsense sitting on a window sill. I swear he had some kind of evil grin lurking on his furry face.
